Whether you’re planning a dinner party, wedding, birthday, graduation, promotion or holiday celebration. Eduardo’s Fiesta Catering is your answer. With our full service catering and staffing, you can enjoy our famous healthy and delicious Mexican and Southwestern dishes prepared and served for your guests in your own home. We’ll personally take each guests order, then prepare each dish in the show-style traditional that customers of Eduardo’s Border Grill rave about.

We can handle everything for you – a beautifully decorated table as well as, napkins, plates, utensils, glassware, servers, bartenders and party rentals as needed. We offer all the trimmings and sides along with special platters, desserts, beverages and coffee. Let  Eduardo’s make your next special event a fun and easy fiesta!

We'll pass around a tray of assorted quesadillas made of large flour tortillas and melted jack and cheddar cheese, served with our fresh guacamole and salsas.
